When I lived in India back in 2004 the second time, the first was in 1994, my parents had a tutor helping me with some studies. The only thing that I remember, sorry parents, is that we started the session with a 10 min yogapractice.
The tutor explained that your mind has to be calm before taking in any new knowledge.

Today, dealing with the coronavirus we take in a lot of new knowledge.
This could be in our careers or in our private life. This period will definitely be something to remember.
So my tip from me to you, take a moment to breathe, make your mind calm, it is not easy, however, if you will know to take the right turn you can grow from this crisis. Lastly, try to make this memorable time positive.
