The role combines hands-on system integration with technical leadership, taking systems from individual HW, SW, FW, mechanical, and RF modules through full system-level integration and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead integration and testing processes for multidisciplinary radar systems
Integrate HW, SW, FW, mechanical, and RF modules into complete systems
Lead system-level testing and field trials in Israel and abroad
Establish and maintain lab infrastructure for integration and testing
Develop system-level test plans and methodologies
Lead and guide technical integration teams
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
5+ years of experience in integration and testing of complex multidisciplinary systems
Experience working with Microwave/RF, HW, FW, and SW
Proven experience developing system-level test plans
Experience leading technical or system integration teams
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
Willingness to travel abroad
