The role combines system-level engineering, multidisciplinary development, and customer-facing work, collaborating with R&D teams, business units, customers, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage system requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Lead development reviews and system-level integration and testing
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across R&D teams
Provide technical support to customers and business development activities
Support technical proposals and work with customers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad
Requirements
B.Sc. in Physics, Electro-Optics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in System Engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems
Proven experience leading development processes in a matrix environment
Strong system-level thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High-level English and willingness to travel abroad
