Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary radar development projects from concept and design through testing and delivery
Define system requirements, specifications, and test procedures
Lead system-level integration, testing, and verification activities
Provide technical and matrix leadership across engineering and integration teams
Lead design reviews and coordinate activities across multiple disciplines
Serve as a technical interface with customers in Israel and abroad
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of development experience in Software, Firmware, Hardware, or RF
Experience defining system requirements, design specifications, and test procedures
Experience with multidisciplinary system integration and matrix leadership
Background integrating Algorithm, SW, FW, HW, and RF components
