Tech Talent Acquisition Partner – HR HOME
Employment Type: 9-month contract via HR HOME, with option to extend
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in Tel Aviv, 1 day/week in Yokneam
Languages: English & Hebrew – high-level verbal and written communication required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job intake, sourcing, screening, deep-dive interviews, references, and offer stage
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and provide strategic hiring insights
- Manage multiple roles in parallel with high attention to candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate in both English and Hebrew professionally
