HR HOME is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Managed Recruitment Services Team, working with one of our leading clients – NVIDIA.

What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a range of roles (engineering, hardware, software, operations)
Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the global talent team to define hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies
Conduct in-depth screening and interviews, assess candidate fit both technically and culturally
Lead candidate engagement throughout the funnel, including offer negotiation, contract coordination, and pre-boarding
Use advanced sourcing tools, Boolean logic, and AI platforms to identify and attract top talent
Ensure seamless candidate experience and proactive communication throughout the process
Track progress via ATS and reporting tools while maintaining a high level of quality, responsiveness, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in tech/engineering roles)
Proven experience in sourcing via LinkedIn and additional platforms – mandatory
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
High-level communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Excellent organizational skills, independent work ethic, and a strong service orientation
Previous experience working in fast-paced tech hiring environments – advantage
