Join our recruiting services team and work closely with leading defence focused and advanced technology organizations, serving as a strategic HR and recruitment partner in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior recruitment partner for defence focused clients and advanced technology companies, with a strong emphasis on hardware and multidisciplinary R&D roles.
- Lead end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer management, onboarding, and handover to the client.
- Deliver high quality talent acquisition, headhunting, and managed recruitment services across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
- Build a deep understanding of client needs, organizational culture, and regulatory constraints, translating them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives, project timelines, and market conditions.
- Establish and maintain long term, trust-based relationships with clients, contributing to account growth and service continuity.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within defence, technology, or highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for hardware, software, systems, or multidisciplinary engineering roles.
- Strong familiarity with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
- High level of professionalism, independence, and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
