We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibilities:
- As an expert recruiting leader, leveraging your extensive experience in talent acquisition you will lead the onboarding process for new employees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Demonstrate multidisciplinary expertise in recruiting, delivering high-quality talent acquisition, headhunting, and managed services.
- Take complete ownership of the recruitment process, starting from candidate sourcing and interviews to onboarding and training.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and actively contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience. Proven track record in recruiting for the technology industry, specifically in hardware/software or a multidisciplinary field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and inspiring high performance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
