We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for diverse roles, supporting our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs across disciplines.
- Leverage market intelligence and insights to continuously refine sourcing techniques and enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment (Software/Hardware focus is must).
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passionate about staying updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
