A fast-growing tech company is seeking an experienced hands-on Software Team Leader to drive development of a real-time, multi-sensor Command & Control  system.

What you’ll do:

·       Lead architecture & development of modular C2 software (track fusion, multi-sensor integration, operator interfaces)

·       Manage the full software lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment

·       Guide a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and integration/QC specialists

·       Define coding standards, performance, and security goals

·       Mentor and grow team members professionally

Requirements:

·       10+  years software experience,

·       3+ in leadership

·       Strong C++ and real-time distributed systems knowledge

·       Familiarity with React/Cesium, Windows/real-time Linux, Docker/Kubernetes

·       Experience with air defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems is a plus
