Strategic direction and leadership of the Software departments.
Manage and motivate a team of talented software engineers to excellence.
Develop and implement innovative SW solutions for Alma as an industry-leading company.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Degree in SW Engineering, SW System Engineer
Proven experience in leading SW engineers and team development (advantage)
Experience with embedded software development (a must) and IoT platforms (advantage)
Skills and knowledge of Jira, Agile, Scrum methodologies, etc.…
International communication including communication with authorities (advantage).
Multidisciplinary and System vision is a must.
Ability to innovate and lead product and process of innovation.
Proactive and Success-oriented manner of work and character.
