Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end RF product development from concept to final design

Perform RF chain and system-level simulations

Select RF components and define chipsets, with emphasis on high-power RF designs

Conduct electromagnetic (EM) simulations

Prepare RF and DC schematics and support PCB layout activities

Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and system engineers

Support integration, testing, and validation activities

Produce technical and design documentation

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RF design for high-frequency systems up to 18 GHz

Strong system-level understanding of high-power transmission systems

Proven experience with RF transmit and receive chains

Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as AWR, OrCAD, and Expedition

Experience in RF & DC circuit design

Ability to work independently and lead matrix-based technical teams

Strong analytical skills and multidisciplinary collaboration capabilities
