A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Senior Development Team Lead to lead and scale Web Full Stack teams, directly impacting business growth and technology strategy. Managing two Tech Leads and developers (up to 10 engineers), you'll drive complex system development, architectural decisions, and team expansion. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor developers, fostering technical excellence.

Oversee development including code reviews of scalable Web systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and APIs.
