The position focuses on cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures, with strong emphasis on Kubernetes-based platforms, Linux environments, and close collaboration with development and product teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure (AKS / OpenShift)
Manage and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code processes
Work with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
Support development teams with automation, deployment, and monitoring solutions
Implement observability and monitoring tools for production systems
Ensure stability, scalability, and security across environments
Requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments
Strong experience with Kubernetes- mandatory
Experience working with OpenShift- strong advantage
Deep knowledge of Linux environments- mandatory
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab or similar)
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration
Scripting and automation skills (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
Advantages:
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering- advantage
Experience working closely with R&D, product, or multidisciplinary teams
Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD)
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures
