Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of power supplies, DC/DC converters, and battery management units (PCUs).
Develop motor drivers and control systems for brushed and brushless DC motors (BLDC).
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams – systems, software, and mechanical engineering.
Manage design reviews, testing, and integration for high reliability.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering – required.
5+ years of experience in power electronics design – required.
Proven experience with DC/BLDC motor drivers – required.
Prior experience leading technical projects or teams – strong advantage.
Familiarity with design tools (Altium), simulation (SPICE), and MATLAB – preferred.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments – a plus.
