Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years leading algorithmic or AI-focused teams, with proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop top talent.
5+ years of hands-on expertise in LLM development, including algorithm design, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.
Deep proficiency in ML frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face, Weights & Biases) and advanced NLP techniques.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including large-scale training and deployment pipelines.
Ability to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and clear business communication, presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
