Coordinate interviews, support candidates throughout the hiring journey, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in coordination, strong organizational and communication skills.
🔹 Talent Acquisition – Tech Recruiter
Lead full-cycle tech recruitment: from screening and sourcing to interviews and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, proven sourcing skills, and strong knowledge of the tech industry.
🔹 Sourcing Specialist
Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, handle niche and complex roles, think creatively, and leverage AI tools to identify top talent.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sourcing, proven track record across diverse platforms and innovative tools.
