Responsibilities:
Lead the integration, development, and continuous improvement of our brand.
Build and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Design and implement systems for data collection and performance monitoring to drive continuous optimization of the brand’s performance and user experience.
Enhance and create new monetization and live-ops capabilities

Required Skills:
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including task prioritization, agile workflows, and mentoring developers.
Proficiency in NodeJS for backend development
Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL / Other database platforms and working with Big Data technologies.
