We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and manage multiple engineering disciplines, including Manufacturing Engineering, Composite Materials, Assembly Engineering, and Materials Engineering. This role is focused on managing engineering managers and technical leaders, driving technical execution, and ensuring alignment between engineering teams and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering managers and team leads across multiple domains

Own technical execution, delivery, and engineering excellence across teams

Define priorities, allocate resources, and manage technical risks

Drive standardization, processes, and continuous improvement

Partner closely with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain

Requirements:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

Proven experience managing managers in a multi-disciplinary engineering organization

Strong background in manufacturing, composites, assemblies, and materials

Experience in complex hardware or production-driven environments
