Description
The Construction Site Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the deployment and installation of NextPower systems.
The role ensures that on-site construction and system installation meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance, while aligning execution with customer requirements.
This position involves hands-on field leadership, close coordination with project managers and engineering teams, and direct oversight of site activities across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily on-site construction and installation activities
- Provide technical support to customers and field teams to ensure proper system deployment
- Oversee site managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure efficient and compliant execution
- Monitor field workflows, schedules, and progress in alignment with project plans
- Interpret construction, civil, and electrical drawings to support installation activities
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and NextPower safety standards
- Conduct, document, and report safety briefings and site safety activities
- Support pre-construction planning, including staffing, material planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and customers
- Support project reporting, construction progress tracking, and issue resolution
- Train and support field teams and subcontractors during construction and installation phases
- Support customer handover, system training, and basic operational guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site management or field operations
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience working with construction tools and site equipment
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to travel as required for project execution
