Looking for an experienced manager to oversee large-scale construction sites, lead diverse teams and ensure top-quality project execution. This role combines hands-on field management with technical support and client-facing service.

Key responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations, schedules and subcontractors
Provide technical support on civil, structural and electrical installation
Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site meetings
Coordinate with project managers and clients to keep projects on track
Train and support crews of up to 300 people

What we’re looking for:
5+ years of construction management experience (solar industry – big plus)
Solid knowledge of hydraulic & electrical systems
Skilled with heavy equipment and basic construction tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Committed to safety and quality
