About the Role:
The position involves system-level integration of multi-disciplinary communication systems combining hardware and software components. Most systems include data communication, voice (audio), and video transmission elements. The integrator will work in a lab and testing environment, ensuring the proper flow of information and communication between different system components.
This is not a software development role but rather a hands-on, technical integration position focused on system operation, configuration, troubleshooting, and analyzing communication interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and test complex multi-domain communication systems (data, voice, video).
Analyze and troubleshoot system interfaces both software-level (protocols) and hardware-level (connectors, devices, cables).
Perform system configuration, operation, and verification in lab or field environments.
Collaborate with parallel teams providing RF equipment and other system components.
Participate in long-term projects in collaboration with major defense organizations.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in communication system integration (more experienced candidates are also welcome).
Strong knowledge of data communication environments and network protocols.
Experience with military or defense communication systems – a significant advantage.
Familiarity with hardware components such as military-grade devices, connectors, antennas, adapters, and environmental conditions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a professional, collaborative team.
Security clearance – Top Secret (Level 3) or eligibility to obtain it.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone thorough, methodical, and highly reliable, who takes ownership and demonstrates long-term commitment. The role suits someone motivated by hands-on system work, problem-solving, and collaboration within a professional and stable environment.
