A global leader in cloud native networking software for hyperscalers and service providers is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its finance team in Israel. The company develops large scale network, AI, and SaaS infrastructure solutions used by some of the biggest providers worldwide, and is continuing to grow rapidly.
Responsibilities
Process, reconcile, and pay supplier invoices, as well as employee travel and expense reports
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare working papers (including credit cards, banking, vendors, accrued expenses, fixed assets, and others)
Support month end and quarter end closing procedures
Charge expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers
Work closely with Procurement and additional internal departments
Collaborate with other bookkeepers and Controllers, supporting various team responsibilities
Monitor operational reports and perform financial controls
Handle monthly payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll with financial records
Prepare documentation and materials for audits
Requirements
Certified Bookkeeper (type 2 or 3)
Experience across core accounting processes (AR, AP, cash management, fixed assets, etc.)
3-6 years of bookkeeping experience
Background in a high tech company – required
High level of English for reading, writing, and communication
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills – required
Experience with inventory and COGS – advantage
Experience working with NetSuite – strong advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently
