A leading technology company developing complex software solutions integrated with hardware is seeking an experienced Automation Test Developer to join our QA team.
The role includes leading and developing automated testing frameworks, building test infrastructures, defining test scenarios, analyzing results, and driving product quality improvements in complex environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated tests for software systems
Define and write test scenarios based on development and system requirements
Build and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and test infrastructures
Analyze defects, conduct root-cause investigations, and improve testing processes
Work closely with development, system, and product teams
Participate in integration activities, monitoring, and troubleshooting in lab and field environments
Requirements:
Practical engineer or B.Sc. in Engineering / Software / Electronics / Information Systems (ISTQB certification or QA course — an advantage)
Experience testing complex systems
Experience writing code and scripts (advantage: C#, Python, Java)
Experience with network monitoring, load, and performance tools
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of communication protocols (such as REST, WebSocket, TCP/IP) — advantage
Good English skills (reading and writing)
Location: Haifa / Jerusalem / Be’er Sheva area
