Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the global demand planning process
Build, analyze, and improve demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
Support and coordinate the monthly S&OP process with cross-functional global stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
Work closely with regional sales teams to gather, challenge, and validate forecasts
Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, seasonality, and demand anomalies
Monitor and improve forecast KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias)
Translate demand forecasts into supply plans in collaboration with Supply Planning teams
Identify risks and opportunities in demand and communicate them proactively
Work with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and planning tools (advanced Excel / BI)
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices
Build management reports and decision-support dashboards
Align financial forecasts (Budget/Forecast) with operational demand plans
Requirements:
35 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strong advantage)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting
Experience supporting S&OP processes advantage
Experience working with KPIs and management reporting
Background in manufacturing or medical industry advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
