A leading global defense technology organization is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join a multidisciplinary airborne precision systems program. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of advanced mission-critical systems from concept through operational deployment.
Responsibilities
– Lead system engineering activities throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through integration, testing, and operational delivery.
– Define and manage system requirements, architecture, and detailed system design.
– Prepare system specifications, design documents, verification plans, and testing procedures.
– Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts across avionics, aerodynamics, thermal analysis, mechanical design, control systems, dynamics, structural engineering, and materials.
– Lead system integration activities, field testing, troubleshooting, and system investigations in both domestic and international environments.
– Analyze test results, conduct technical evaluations, and present engineering findings and recommendations.
– Support complex problem-solving processes and propose innovative system-level solutions.
Requirements
– B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering mandatory.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a multidisciplinary System Engineer in complex engineering projects.
– Experience with airborne systems development an advantage.
– Strong understanding of complex system architectures and integration processes.
– Ability to work in a dynamic, highly technical, and multidisciplinary environment.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
– Willingness to travel abroad when required.
