The role focuses on driving strategic growth initiatives across local and international markets, managing high-level customer relationships, and leading complex commercial engagements in the field of advanced defense systems.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead business development activities in local and international markets
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage relationships with global customers, partners, and stakeholders
Lead commercial processes, negotiations, and business proposals
Promote advanced aerospace and defense solutions to international clients
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, marketing, and program management
Support long-term growth initiatives and market expansion activities
Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and overseas business activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Masters degree advantage
At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or strategic sales within the defense industry
Experience working with large-scale, multidisciplinary technological projects
Proven experience in customer management, negotiations, and leading business proposals
Native-level English proficiency
Additional language advantage
Willingness to travel abroad and work flexible hours when needed
Strong strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
