A rapidly growing defense technology company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in the field of autonomous and robotic systems. The role combines deep technical leadership with customer accountability and close collaboration with engineering teams, subcontractors and strategic customers in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
• Lead the technical aspects of projects, from early discussions with customers to delivery and operational support
• Translate customer and operational needs into engineering requirements across software and hardware systems and integration
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities including development, integration, testing and deployment
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and engineering teams in Israel and abroad
• Lead technical discussions, reviews and solution definition with customers and partners
• Support in proposal preparation, technical planning and ongoing project execution
• Drive strategic technical decisions and ensure alignment between customer expectations and engineering execution
• Operate in a matrixed environment while managing priorities, schedules and technical deliverables
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering technical leadership or managing complex engineering projects
• International programs prefer candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in defense systems or operational environments required
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary systems that combine software, hardware, and integration
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to lead end-to-end technical processes
• Practical technical background preferred, especially in integration configuration calibration or log analysis
• High level of English and willingness to travel internationally as required by the project
• Ability to work across multiple systems interfaces and execution drivers independently
