You will act as a key HR partner to local leadership, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the site, while aligning with global HR frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with local leadership on HR strategy, organizational needs, and employee matters
Lead employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, engagement, development, and retention
Drive employee experience and local culture initiatives
Oversee office operations, vendors, and site administration
Coordinate with global HR and ensure policy alignment
Support recruitment activities as needed
Requirements:
Experience in HRBP or People Operations roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
Experience in global or tech environments – advantage
Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
