This role is focused on driving growth within a complex, high-tech market, working closely with customers, sales, and product teams to shape strategy, generate demand, and strengthen market positioning.
What youll be doing:
Lead strategic business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities
Build and execute account plans in collaboration with global sales teams
Engage directly with customers to understand applications, needs, and challenges
Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and business strategy
Create high-quality, application-focused marketing content (webinars, articles, case studies, and more)
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Represent the company at key industry events and customer meetings
What were looking for:
5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within a complex B2B tech environment
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry (equipment / systems / related domains)
Strong understanding of advanced engineering systems or precision-driven applications
Experience working closely with customers and conducting structured market research
Ability to turn technical insights into clear, compelling messaging
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Engineering degree – advantage
