We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee large-scale solar construction projects, lead diverse teams, and ensure top-quality project execution. This role involves hands-on site management, technical support, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations, schedules, and subcontractors
Provide technical support for civil, structural, and electrical installations
Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site meetings
Coordinate with project managers and clients to keep projects on track
Train, guide, and support crews of up to 300 people

Requirements:
5+ years of construction management experience (solar industry experience is a big plus)

Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

Skilled in operating heavy equipment and using basic construction tools

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Willingness to travel frequently
