Key Responsibilities:
Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps best practices across multiple projects.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient DevOps processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Utilize advanced tools and technologies to continuously optimize and automate workflows.
Collaborate closely with development and integration teams to support release management across development and production environments.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, including proven leadership of technical teams.
Demonstrated expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
Experience working in complex, multi-project environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
