A leading defense company is seeking a System Engineer to join challenging development and engineering management roles in complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall engineering management and responsibility for integrated and multidisciplinary systems.

Defining system requirements and conducting feasibility studies.

Performance research, engineering analysis, and simulations.

Defining processes, writing system documents, and leading engineering reviews.

Working with subcontractors and development teams across hardware, software, and algorithmic interfaces.

Performance validation through simulation, lab testing, and field trials.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Computer Science or Software Engineering / System Engineering – Must.

M.Sc. degree – Advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering – Must.

Familiarity with System Engineering tools such as DOORS, QC – Must.

Proficiency in MATLAB, Excel – Must.

High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Willingness to travel abroad occasionally – Advantage.
