Description:
Hands-on ownership of end-to-end Verification & Validation for a complex robotic system – from requirements and simulation to lab and field runs.
The role combines system-level thinking with deep practical execution, including firmware, subsystem, and full system validation.
Work includes building automated test tools, simulators and emulators, operating HIL/SIL and closed-loop environments, and validating real-world behavior, performance, and robustness in collaboration with FW, HW, algorithms, and production teams.
This is not a classic QA role, but a true system engineering position.

Requirements:
Strong system engineering mindset with V&V ownership
Experience with robotics, embedded systems, or autonomous platforms
Hands-on background in test automation, simulation, or lab environments
Ability to bridge architecture, implementation, and validation (not just running tests)
