Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical and business interface with customers, prime contractors, and subcontractors
Lead activities across all project phases, including system definition, requirements, customer meetings, testing, deliveries, installations, and trials
Coordinate multidisciplinary activities in a matrix organization
Lead and manage responses to RFI and RFP, including technical content, coordination, and reviews
Participate in BNB discussions, business forums, and commercial reviews
Prepare, support, and lead pricing, cost estimations, and commercial inputs for future deals
Drive business development aspects of future opportunities, including deal shaping and customer engagement
Support and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure active business pipelines
Ensure alignment between technical capabilities, customer needs, and business strategy
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in system-level, technical, or project-oriented roles
Background in RF systems – advantage
Willingness to travel abroad
High level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
