The role includes managing multiple WordPress sites, ensuring high-quality user experience, supporting global marketing needs, and driving measurable digital impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, governance, and performance of a global WordPress multisite environment.
Define and uphold web standards across UX, SEO, accessibility, and design systems.
Manage content quality, localization readiness, and technical/on-page SEO practices.
Oversee analytics (GA4, GSC), develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure site reliability, performance, security, and vendor-led operations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, regional teams, and external vendors.
Requirements:
3–5 years managing enterprise-level or multisite WordPress ecosystems with localization.
Proven success improving UX, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and conversion metrics.
Experience leading cross-functional and vendor-driven digital projects.
Strong UX/UI understanding and front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS).
Expertise in WordPress/Drupal administration, SEO, GA4, and performance/security tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
