SalesForce Manager (6104)

In this role, you will lead the Salesforce and digital solutions function, working closely with internal business stakeholders across marketing, sales, service, operations, and additional business units. You will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce delivery including business analysis, process design, implementation, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
The role includes managing a team of project managers, system analysts, and SF specialists, while ensuring high quality delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement of organizational processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the CRM team, including coaching, professional development, task allocation, and performance oversight.
• Full ownership of the Salesforce platform: requirements definition, configuration, upgrades, integrations, and user enablement.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective, scalable system solutions.
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders: needs assessment, prioritization, expectation management, and partnership building.
• Oversee delivery quality, workflows, and execution across the CRM / IT systems team.
• Drive process improvement through automation, standardization, and digital innovation.
• Work with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including management of external vendors and implementation partners.
• Apply strong business understanding of financial / capital markets environments and relevant regulatory requirements within CRM platforms.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management within Salesforce environments.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a professional team
• Hands on expertise with Salesforce: implementation, configuration, and system ownership
• Experience working with internal customers in large or regulated organizations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross organizational projects in Agile environments — advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a holistic systems mindset.
