A global leader in next generation networking solutions is seeking a detail oriented and analytical FP&A Specialist to join its finance team. The company develops innovative technologies that reshape network economics and support rapid data growth worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long term planning
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, emphasizing key performance indicators and business drivers
Perform variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear explanations of performance trends
Partner with business units to deliver financial insights that support operational and strategic decision making
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and company stakeholders
Support annual budget cycles and periodic forecast updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to evaluate opportunities and risks
Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and accurate financial reporting
Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus)
2-4 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and data analysis
Experience with ERP and BI systems (such as NetSuite or Power BI) is an advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non financial audiences
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment
