Head of Global Marketing (5859)

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Global Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and business strategy and will oversee brand, digital, product marketing, content, and performance marketing initiatives across all channels and regions. The ideal candidate is a bold thinker with a strong track record of driving measurable growth, building high-performing teams, and aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

This leadership position is critical for expanding our global presence, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead a global marketing strategy aligned with growth goals and OKRs. Shape brand positioning and prioritize key markets and customer segments.

Marketing Execution: Oversee all marketing functions—brand, digital, product, content, and lifecycle. Drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and GTM execution across channels.

Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing, data-driven marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to align GTM strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Analytics & Budgeting: Own the marketing budget, track KPIs, and manage marketing and business data infrastructure to optimize performance and ROI.

Requirements:

10+ years in strategic marketing leadership roles, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or digital platforms.

Proven track record of building and executing global marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and brand value.

Deep experience in digital marketing, product marketing, campaign management, and analytics.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical execution.

Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills with executive presence.

Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-ownership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or background in strategy/consulting is a strong plus.

Experience in verticals such as QSR, food tech, AI, or digital engagement platforms.

Expertise in omnichannel marketing and lifecycle engagement strategies.
