A leading technology company specializing in innovative product development is looking for a Development Support Engineer to join our advanced engineering team.

Position Overview:

·       Active involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

·       Provide engineering support and production floor guidance for electronic assemblies and module manufacturing.

·       Define and manage materials and processes in areas such as bonding and coating.

·       Work in compliance with IPC-610 / J-STD-001 (Class 3, Military standards).

·       Collaborate closely with R&D, Electronics, and Mechanical Assembly teams.

·       Interface with subcontractors in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

·       B.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering – mandatory.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes – mandatory.

·       Proven hands-on experience in SMT, soldering, coating, bonding, and electromechanical assembly.

·       Strong background in PCB design and production processes.

·       Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.

·       Deep knowledge of advanced soldering technologies for PCBs.

·       Familiarity with space/military standards – an advantage.

·       Strong analytical thinking, accountability, and ability to lead process improvements.
