We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Administrator to join the Operations team.
In this role, you will manage customer orders, coordinate global shipment activities, and oversee import/export processes of medical device spare parts and service materials.
Key Responsibilities
Process customers’ spare part supply chain and sales orders from request to delivery
Create, update and manage service orders, including invoicing and document control
Execute import and export activities, including coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Track shipment status and proactively update internal stakeholders and customers
Generate shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Ensure compliance with global regulations and company procedures
Provide high-level customer service to internal and external partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience in order processing, invoicing, and import/export operations
Experience working with Priority ERP (mandatory)
Fluent English (reading and writing)
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Prior experience in global organizations and working with international logistics
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
