Join our People team in a dynamic, full-time role focused on employee experience, recruitment support, and office operations.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and lead cultural, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives
- Manage internal events, employee milestones, gifting, and engagement projects
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Oversee daily office logistics and create a welcoming workspace in our TLV hub
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in tech/startups
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Hands-on experience with tools like Comeet or BambooHR – an advantage
