We're looking for a hands-on Applied Physicist to join our cutting-edge optical and radiometric lab, supporting advanced R&D and system integration projects.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about real-world experimentation and solving complex physical challenges in imaging, optics, and thermal systems.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct hands-on lab experiments involving optics, lasers, and thermal imaging

Analyze wave optics, Gaussian beams, radiometry, and black body radiation behavior

Support R&D efforts with optical simulations and data modeling

Collaborate with system engineers and algorithm developers

Work with tools like MATLAB, Python, and optical design software

What You Bring:

B.Sc. in Physics, Electro-Optics, or Electrical Engineering – mandatory

M.Sc. or Ph.D. – advantage

3+ years hands-on experience in an R&D lab environment – must

Strong grasp of wave optics, Gaussian optics, radiometry, and black body physics

Experience in thermal imaging or radiometric systems – advantage

Proficiency in MATLAB or Python – must

Familiarity with Zemax, Modtran, OSLO, or LabVIEW – advantage

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
