Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, with a focus on tech and hardware profiles

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sourcing or talent research, preferably in the tech industry

Proficiency with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and social media recruitment

Strong analytical and communication skills

Strategic and curious mindset with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity

Experience in hardware recruitment – a significant advantage
