Requirements: Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.Strong knowledge and understanding of software and hardware roles, including experience recruiting for engineering, R&D, embedded systems, and board design positions.Excellent sourcing skills using multiple platforms and strategies.Ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with recruitment metrics and ability to report on performance and progress. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing tools.
