This role includes designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions and automations based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), addressing diverse business needs, and leading cross-organizational digital transformation and automation processes.
In addition, the role involves integrating AI solutions, building and developing AI agents, and connecting automated tools with core business systems.
The position is part of the development team and offers significant opportunities for professional leadership, initiative, and the implementation of best practices in Power Platform and AI — including delivering training sessions and enhancing organizational capabilities in these areas.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end development and implementation of Power Platform solutions
Building cross-system automation processes using Power Automate
Developing internal applications using Power Apps
Integrating AI capabilities and developing AI agents within business processes
Writing code and custom extensions as needed (JavaScript / Python)
Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technological solutions
Providing professional leadership and delivering training in the Power Platform domain
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in implementing and/or developing on the Power Platform
Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in coding/scripting with JavaScript or Python
Strong ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Experience working in a financial environment or financial domain knowledge
Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering, etc.)
Experience integrating AI solutions or working with Generative AI tools
