About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in hardware recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers locally and globally
• Source and attract candidates for hardware roles, including:
Physical Design, DFT, Verification, Formal Verification, Emulation
• Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting KPIs
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Experience recruiting for hardware / engineering roles – required
• Understanding of various hardware areas, including Backend, DFT, VLSI, and ASIC – a strong advantage
• Hands-on sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and social network)
• Experience working with technical hiring managers
• High level of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
