We are hiring an experienced and dynamic VP of HR to join a technologies company, in the Haifa area.
As the VP of HR, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our team, driving HR strategy and crafting initiatives that align with our company’s vision.
Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies across various domains, including hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Leading performance management processes by setting clear goals, designing feedback systems, and driving performance evaluations.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive compensation plans and administering benefits programs.
- Managing training and development programs, including career development initiatives and employee learning opportunities.
- Fostering employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations related to harassment and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams.
