Travel Coordinator (5357)

We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Collaborate with travel agencies and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
Work closely with the Finance department on travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements within the TAS application.
Provide support during unexpected events or emergencies that may arise during travel.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in high-tech or corporate environments.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a multi-interface environment.
Willingness to work irregular hours.
