In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and guide candidates from initial contact to contract signing.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from defining roles with hiring managers to finalizing contracts with selected candidates.
Source passive candidates across multiple platforms.
Identify and engage hard-to-find IT talent.
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct screenings to assess technical skills and candidate suitability.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of tech languages and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment goals.
Experience recruiting for the defense sector is a significant advantage.
